In Northamptonshire, the High Sheriff each year is fortunate to be able to award grants to support selected initiatives in the fields of criminal justice, law and order.
The High Sheriff's Initiative Fund, administered by the Northamptonshire Community Foundation, has already supported so many great projects over the years.
The High Sheriff is not a fundraiser, however, during my Shrieval year, I will be asking those who wish to donate, to support this Fund. It will mean that the grants given out will make a real difference.
The fund’s opening dates for applications are 1 May 2026 and the deadline is 5pm on 15 June 2026. After these dates, the fund will reopen for applicants in 2027, and will be shown here.
